Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. The eligible return period begins on the day that you receive your package and ends 60 days from the date of delivery. If more than 60 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot refund you.

Our intention with this 60-day policy is to give you enough time to use your product(s) and make sure it is right for you. Results vary from person to person. Be patient and give it time to work for you. Consistency produces the best results.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in “like-new” condition and in the original packaging. Products that are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition due to customer error are non-returnable and non-refundable.

International returns are not supported at this time.

What If I Want a Refund on The Set?

If you’ve ordered The Set, only The Mark and The Range are returnable. The other items (The Orbit, The Band, and the Book) are not. You may keep these non-returnable products, donate them, or give them to a friend.

Your refund amount for The Set will be equal to the individual retail value of the returnable products (The Mark and The Range) that are sent back in “like-new” condition, plus the applicable taxes calculated on each product.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Please allow 14- 21 business days from the time your product arrives back at our facility for quality assessment and refund processing. You will receive an email when your return has been approved and the refund has been initiated. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account or UPI wallet.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@alethahealth.in.

Defective/Broken Product

We’re sorry to hear this! For defective or damaged products, please contact us at support@alethahealth.in to arrange a replacement or refund.

Failed Deliveries

If your product is returned to us due to failed delivery, please email support@alethahealth.in to request a new package or refund.

Wrong Address

We cannot be responsible for mis-shipments if the shipping address provided was incorrect. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for a new package (subject to a minimum reshipment fee of ₹500). Reach out to us at support@alethahealth.in to request a new package or refund.

Limited Warranty

The warranty obligations of Aletha Health India for this product are limited to the terms set forth below:

What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one calendar year from the date of the original purchase.

Who Is Covered

Only the original purchaser of this product is covered under this limited warranty. This warranty is not transferable.

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from alteration, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Exposure to excess moisture, fire, or other external factors.
  • Damage caused by improper shipping (claims must be raised with the carrier).
  • Aletha Health India shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

Repair or Replacement

Aletha Health India will, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies:

  1. Repair the defective product free of charge.
  2. Replace the product with a direct replacement or one of equal value.
  3. Cover return shipping costs once repairs are complete.

Activate Your Limited Warranty

To obtain service under this limited warranty:

  1. Contact Aletha Health India at support@alethahealth.in
  2. Follow the instructions in the email response.
  3. Ship the affected product using the prepaid return label provided by Aletha Health India.
  4. Include a detailed description of the issue, contact details, and proof of purchase.

Exclusive Remedy

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this limited warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and replace all other warranties, remedies, and conditions.

If the above terms and conditions are not acceptable, simply return the product within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.
